Offered as the prize in a Dream Giveaway charity raffle (Giveaway No. 220), with the drawing set for 27 January 2027. The listing gave about 9,000 miles (2026). The raffle listing also says the car appeared on the cover of the December 2016 issue of Corvette Magazine. The registry has not verified this: GM's Build Date for car 647 is 20 February 2017, after a December 2016 issue would have gone to press, so the cover car may have been another Collector Edition or a pre-production car.
